I am excited to be offering custom private workshops. You can choose to learn anything from perfecting a recipe or hand painting on cakes to making your own wedding cake.  If we've posted a photo of something you're dying to recreate, now's your chance to learn in a one-on-one or small group setting, either at my home in Bovey Tracey or at yours. 

 

Private workshops start at £85 for a half day & £160 per day, and quotes are based on the techniques you wish to learn, with lunch included in the full day.

Alternatively you can purchase vouchers to give as a gift which are redeemable for 12 months.

Terms:

Due to demand for places, a 50% part payment, non-refundable deposit is required for the higher fee charging classes, to secure your booking. Once you have secured your place, the remaining balance is then due exactly 4 weeks before your class. You can, of course, pay this before its due. If you have not paid your balance within the 4 week deadline your place could be offered out to the waiting list. Due to the demand for these courses, places cannot be held until a deposit is paid.

You can pay via the website with paypal or stripe,  bank transfer on invoice or a paypal payment plan.

Sweet Art Bakery reserves the right to cancel or change a course. In these circumstances, Sweet Art Bakery will do what they can to offer a substitute date or course. Where this is not convenient, Sweet Art Bakery will provide a full refund.

In the unlikely event that the advertised tutor is unable to teach the class Sweet Art Bakery reserves the right to substitute with an alternative tutor who is of a similar standard.

Please be aware that it is possible that the class may run over the expected finish time.

The skills learnt during your time with us are intended for you to use within your own personal use and under no circumstances should the class be replicated and taught. 

No video is permitted without express permission from each individual tutor.

Refunds or Transferring your Place:

Sweet Art Bakery is unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend the course. However, should you be unable to attend you may transfer your place to another student through your own marketing of the place, subject to Sweet Art Bakery’s approval. There is a £10 transfer fee to cover administrative costs.

Exceptional circumstances do NOT include:

o  Inability to partake in  a course due to travel problems

o  Inability to partake in a course due to changes in personal circumstances.

o  Seeking to cancel within 4 weeks of the course date (full fee will apply)

o  Travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated for should a course be cancelled or rescheduled for an alternative date, due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise. So please check that your class or course is running before you travel.
